Coconut podi, just like Idli Podi, is traditionally paired with ghee and served with idlis or any South Indian breakfast like dosa, vada, etc, or even some simple hot rice. You can add coconut powder to any steamed vegetables along with curry powder to make it a great-tasting curry.
