Puran Poli(Bobbatlu) is a traditional Indian flatbread stuffed with flavored and sweetened lentils. The outer covering is made with wheat flour or all-purpose flour. The stuffing is made with cooked chana dal (Bengal gram) which is sweetened with jaggery and flavored with cardamom and nutmeg powder.

Shelf life: Consume within 5-7 days from the manufacturing date.
